20 years ago. It's like happened just yesterday. My "violent" rebirth. I got these strange thougths and feelings. I am a pure vulcan but still... My mind is a bit human. I think I know how Spock felt.
Sometimes intuitions help a lot but I need pure logic, badly.
These wars are never ending. No matter what did we accomplished in the past.
The Klingon Front: stalemate. Jimpok hunting "honor and glory" meanwhile we should stand together.
The Borg invasion on Defera: wich side will win in this technology contest? Sometimes tempting ...
The Tolians (Tholians, corrected by Billsy)on Nukara: another endless fight on an occupied planet. Meaningless.
The three edge blade on our thoat: the romulan conflict. Fighting with Cerberus. Tal'siar not as weak as they show, Iconians the invisible enemy, Voth the arrogant reptiles.
And finally Pandora's Box: The Dyson Sphere. Barly visible at the moment it is a gift or a curse. Are we evolved enough to handle it?
Starfleet. Not is like it was before. It is good? It is wrong? I don't know. Admiral Graham at least the same. Still so human. When I joined his task force I had no idea what I am signing up for. An entity driven by his intuitions. Big plans without proper implementation. And those constatnt secret missions. He with us rarely a month then disappearing for months something universe saving mission. His luck will end once...
Task force: Frontier fleet. Space, the final frontier... Someone at Starfleet Command think we have to operate as cells. What are we? Terrorists, guerillas? And they suspended
central finance support. We are alone now. We have to build our own facilities. It is a lot of work and lot of resources. I have no time to look after my attacker. Not just me, a few of my juniors have the same feelings. We need answers about our past.
My juniors. When you have asked me 10 years ago Do I want to train cadets I surly answered no. And now I support my tenth. This is surly my human side but they are like my children. The children of war. Fresh meat to warmachine.
My first was ...
- Yes, lieutenant, what is it?
- The Doctor want to talk to you in infirmary.
- On my way!
End log.
