Article I: General Conduct

1. For the purpose of this Code of Conduct, any reference to "Frontier Fleet" is to explicitly include Frontier Fleet, Imperial Frontier Fleet (Frontier KDF), Frontier Fleet Productions (Infinite Horizons), and any other associated organizations.

2. This Article shall apply to all persons utilizing Frontier Fleet resources such as, but not limited to, website, forum, chat service, and voice-chat software. Violations of this Article can lead to punishment up to, and including, a ban from the resource on which the violation was observed, an official complaint filed with your fleet, and legal prosecution. Repeat violations will incur more severe punishments.

3. By utilizing any Frontier Fleet resources you accept and agree to abide by all measures within this Article while you continue to utilize Frontier Fleet resources. We respect your right to freedom of speech, however we assert that these are private resources, supported by a private group, and are under no obligation to permit your exercise of such rights within our resources. Use of our resources is a privilege granted by Frontier Fleet to the public on the basis that you comply with Article I of this Code of Conduct in its entirety.

4. Hacking Frontier Fleet resources will not be tolerated. All hacking attempts will be logged and if we collect enough evidence for you to be found guilty you will receive the maximum penalty available, up to and including legal prosecution.

5. Impersonation of a Frontier Fleet member/officer or deliberate misleading of individuals into thinking that you are a representative of Frontier Fleet when you are not shall not be tolerated. All violations of this rule shall be investigated and all accounts found in violation shall be permanently banned, and your fleet will receive an official complaint.

6. Flaming of individuals, groups, countries and/or organizations is not tolerated. We are an international community with members of all walks of life, we reserve the right to censor, moderate and/or ban individuals who are found in violation of this rule.

7. The use of abusive language and/or content shall not be tolerated. The use of excessive foul language and/or activities that insult or degrade others while utilizing Frontier Fleet resources shall result in punishments up to and including a permanent ban from Frontier Fleet resources based upon the degree of violation.

Section A: Website/Forums

1. Use of the Frontier Fleet website/forums is a privilege that can be revoked for anyone at any time without warning or reason.

2. Illegal or inappropriate material is not tolerated. You may not link, discuss, or share illegal or inappropriate content while utilizing Frontier Fleet Resources.

3. Spamming or creation of excess frivolous posts and/or other content with the purpose to boost post-count and/or disrupt activities on Frontier Fleet Resources is strongly discouraged. Violation of this can result in but are not limited to moderation, censorship, temporary ban and/or a permanent ban depending on the violation in question at the discretion of the moderator.

4. No persons utilizing Frontier Fleet Resources should share their account information with anyone else. Frontier Fleet administrators and moderators will never ask you for your password or other account information, if they do please report the incident immediately to the Command Staff.

5. Any and all reasonable moderator request should be acknowledged and obeyed/adhered to by all persons utilizing Frontier Fleet Resources.

Section B: Voice Chat

1. Use of the Frontier Fleet RaidCall server, and any other voice chat server operated by Frontier Fleet, is a privilege that can be revoked for anyone at any time without warning or reason.

2. Any and all reasonable request by Frontier Fleet officers should be acknowledged and obeyed by all non-Frontier Fleet personnel utilizing the Frontier Fleet RaidCall server.

Section C: Copyrights

1. Use of any graphics and/or other custom content is not allowed without full consent of the original author of said content. Violation of this rule will result in up to and including, a permanent ban based upon the degree of the violation and discretion of the moderator.

2. Modification of any Graphics and/or other custom content is not allowed without full consent of the original author of said content. Violation of this rule will result in up to and including, a permanent ban based upon the degree of the violation and discretion of the moderator.

3. All Graphics and/or other custom content created "specifically" for Frontier Fleets use is legally surrendered to Frontier Fleet when they are submitted for official use. In this instance, once the creator has submitted the content in question, they are granting permanent permission with intention for Frontier Fleet to continually use, duplicate, distribute, and alter the content for official Frontier Fleet business and may not be distributed by others without permission from Frontier Fleet leadership and/or the original artist. The original artist retains full copyright protection and ability to use and distribute this content during this time but simply acknowledges Frontier Fleets right to use, customize and distribute the content for official fleet use. Frontier Fleet leadership may not use any content acquired in this manner to sell or exploit for personal gain. This content control can not be transferred to another group or individual and, if Frontier Fleet is disbanded, will revert back to its original owner regardless of if another group is created to take its place.

Section D: Play Nice Policy

All persons utilizing Frontier Fleet resources are required to "Play Nice" with one another. Malicious fighting with one another is never acceptable at any time and Moderators have the authority to punish participants at their discretion based upon intent and degree of violation.

Article II: Fleet Member Conduct

1. Frontier Fleet members shall adhere to all items included in the Frontier Fleet Code of Conduct at all times. If compliance with the Code of Conduct would result in a breech of another rule, order, or regulation the Code of Conduct shall be maintained as the superior regulation until the matter can be clarified by an Admiral.

2. Frontier Fleet members shall, at all times, follow and obey the Chain-of-Command. Members are expected follow any reasonable request made by superior officers acting within the Chain-of-Command. If a request is made that would violate another item on the Code of Conduct, it should be ignored and reported to the next superior officer.

3. Frontier Fleet members shall be truthful at all times. Intentionally misleading someone, friend or foe, is strictly prohibited.

4. Frontier Fleet members are expected to reply to all roll-call and or official response request by their superior officers within their Chain-of-Command. For this reason checking the forums at least 3 to 4 days a week is recommended.

5. Frontier Fleet members are expected to respect one another at all times regardless of rank or level.

6. Frontier Fleet members who anticipate an absence in game or forum activity for a lengthy period of time (greater than 1 week) may submit a Leave of Absence Notice. Members with properly submitted notice will be excused from roll-call activities or removal from fleet for the duration of the Leave of Absence.

Section A: In-Game

1. Frontier Fleet members are required to abide by current Uniform Policy regulations at all times.

2. Frontier Fleet members are required to respond to any emergency call from other fleet members or by allied fleets in the area as soon as possible.

3. Frontier Fleet members are responsible and accountable for any activities that occur on their account, even while playing a non-fleet alternate or allowing a friend/family to use their account.

4. Frontier Fleet members shall not attempt to hack, exploit and/or cheat in any way. Frontier Fleet members are to uphold a code of honor that does not in anyway take advantage of unfair activities at any time.

Section B: Information Security

1. Frontier Fleet members are forbidden to give out any private information and/or passwords obtained through their status within Frontier Fleet unless proper clearance is gained first.

2. Frontier Fleet members are forbidden to share or publish any information from the staff and/or administration areas unless proper clearance is gained first.

Section C: External Affairs

1. Frontier Fleet members are required to follow all terms listed of established treaties with other fleets. Furthermore members shall not seek to cause harm or dispute to other individuals or groups not currently covered by a treaty without proper permission from the Public Affairs Department.

2. Frontier Fleet members shall not become directly involved in diplomatic or external affairs from other Fleets unless proper clearance is obtained first.

3. Frontier Fleet members shall inform the Public Affairs Department if they are contacted by or witness to an activity of another group that may impact Frontier Fleet in any way.

Article III: Pledge to Uphold and Obey The Code of Conduct

By registering an account on this forum and/or accepting an in-game invitation to the Fleet, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Code of Conduct and agree to the terms. I will uphold a code of honor and respect all others I meet. I shall honor and protect the Frontier Fleet Code of Conduct and Frontier Fleet Policies & Regulations to my best abilities. I pledge this to my fellow officers of Frontier Fleet.
